CE, CF and above grade engine oils are required for some imported engines, for example, CF-4 or higher grade engine oils are required for Cummins engines.
2. Engine diesel: diesel oil with sulfur content lower than 0.5% is generally used. If the sulfur content is high, the oil change cycle will be shortened. Generally, the light diesel oil specified in gb252-1994 is used as the diesel oil of the loader, which is suitable for the high-speed diesel engine with full load speed over 1000r / min.

The number after "W" is the index of high temperature resistance of engine oil. The larger the value is, the better the protection performance of engine oil under high temperature is. For the above two kinds of engine oil pollution, the oil filter selection reference note: for the engine oil with high viscosity, when impurities need to be filtered, the oil temperature needs to be warmed up in advance to reduce the oil viscosity and make its fluidity better, so that when the oil filter equipment works, it is not easy to sudden rise of pressure and the oil treatment efficiency is higher, and the oil treatment effect is better. Torque converter / gearbox oil (hydraulic transmission oil): generally, the hydraulic transmission oil used for loaders is No.6 hydraulic transmission oil in the enterprise standards of Lanzhou refining and Daqing Petrochemical General Plant, and No.6 hydraulic transmission oil is mainly used for diesel locomotives and construction machinery.
Refer to instructions for selection of oil filter: generally, yl-b common multi-stage oil filter for filtering impurities is purchased for this kind of oil, and ZJD coalescing vacuum dehydration filter special oil filter for filtering lubricating oil is processed together with emulsified gas of water impurities.
4. Oil for driving axle: (1) gear oil: it is recommended to use cle grade gear oil for driving axle of general loader.
(2) Drive axle brake oil (brake oil): generally, hzy3 synthetic brake fluid specified in gb12981 - 91 is used for the brake oil (not full hydraulic brake) of the drive axle of the loader, which is equivalent to sael703c oil specified in API.
Instructions for selection of oil filter: the type of oil filter is also selected according to the oil viscosity reference and functional requirements. The suitable oil filters are yl-b ordinary three-stage oil filter, BK pressure plate frame oil filter, yl-r heating oil filter and zjd-c high viscosity special multi-functional oil filter.
